Our History
Tired of the 9 to 5 Marc and Andrew Sage took their passion for beer and brewing and quit their day jobs to start a small brewery. Bored with the industrially produced beer and premium lagers, they formed Hedgedog Brewing in 2013 with one simple goal: "Brew the beers we wanted to drink above all other brands." At the end of 2013 three styles of beer that Hedgedog Brewery believes both meets and exceeds their simple goal were chosen. These styles are an Amber Ale, an IPA, and a 'Cobham 'K' a Kölsch' style beer.
At the start of 2014 Hedgedog Brewing put its stainless steel brew system into production and began delivering a fantastic range of beers. Hedgedog Brewing started small, with humble beginnings, however the aim to get great beer into the hands of beer lovers across the UK.
